Experience comes from practice.

I was self-employed in Germany for over 20 years, working in fields such as insurance and administrative services. Having been born and raised in a family with Croatian roots, I am very familiar with structured processes and bureaucracy.

Due to very specific life circumstances—the death of my father in Croatia and the sudden responsibility and logistical challenges of caring for my mother, who suffers from dementia and requires nursing care, along with the complex administrative situations that arose—I had to familiarize myself thoroughly with the Croatian system, step by step, without any support. The complexity of the situation led me to move to Croatia with my partner without any preparation time, so that I could resolve matters on the ground with authorities (including visa applications), experts, and courts—a process that presented its own set of additional challenges. 

Step by step, I learned in practice how it works—where the bottlenecks lie and how to find solutions without unnecessary delays. Through these processes and challenges, I understand how the system works—and where it requires clarity and structure right from the preparation stage.

This wealth of experience, combined with local knowledge, enables an efficient approach. I work calmly, systematically, and purposefully—so that you can maintain an overview and feel secure throughout the entire process.
